If you are unable to travel to Bali due to Indonesia closing borders due or there is a policy issued advising hotels to close any monies paid can be fully refunded or held in credit for 12 months. Credits can be used by friends or families.

Booking Terms and Conditions

BELOW TERMS & CONDITONS APPLY FOR ROOM & PACKAGE BOOKINGS AND EXCLUDE RETREATS.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

  • Check-In Time 14:00 and Check-Out Time 12:00.
  • Upon Check-In guests should give passport copy to the staff.
  • Refundable Cash or Credit Card guarantee for security deposit is mandatory at check-in.
  • COVID health declaration will be included on the registration form plus any other conditions as per Indonesian Govt.

PAYMENT POLICY

  • Bookings more than 30 days in advance – 50% deposit to be paid 7 days after invoice received. Balance payable 30 days prior to check in.
  •  Bookings less than 30 days in advance – Full payment to be paid immediately upon confirmation invoice received.
  • Payment transfer charges  to be paid by guest. 

EXTRA BED AND CHILD POLICY

  • Existing bedding in all room categories is Queen Bed.
  • Room booked is for total number of guests as per booking confirmation. Any additional persons will incur additional charges below;
  • Only one extra bed permitted in Cottage & Deluxe Cottage as per extra charge below.
  • Child under 6 years old permitted sharing existing bed with parents.
  • Extra bed IDR 150,000 per night per bed per night 
  • Baby cot charges at IDR 100,000 per night. 

BREAKFAST RATES

  • Indonesian Breakfast IDR 30,000 per person per day. 
  • Continental Breakfast Is IDR 100,000 per person per day. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation must be received in writing
  • COVID cancellation policy – If you are unable to travel to Bali due to Indonesia closing borders due or there is a policy issued advising hotels to close any monies paid can be fully refunded or held in credit for 12 months. Credits can be used by friends or families.
  • Natural Disaster policy  – see below
  • Any other reason – bookings cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival. 100% of monies paid will be held in credit for up to 12 months Credits are transferable to friends & family.
  •  Bookings cancelled within 30 days of check in are non refundable or transferable. 
  • Any bank fees for refunds will be charged to the guest.
    • Travel Insurance is highly recommended to recover any lost monies due to cancellation. 

AMENDMENT POLICY

  • Amendment should be received in writing and subject to availability
  • Amendment more than 21 days prior to arrival is free of charge
  • Amendment within 21 days prior to check in will occur a 25% cancellation fee for unused rooms.
  • Amendment between 21 days and check in date nil refund for cancelled nights. Additional nights are subject to any price increases that have occurred since time of booking.

ROOMS AND FACILITIES

  • All rooms are Non Smoking and smoking only permitted at pool area in front of property or on Deluxe Cottage balcony. .
  • No pets allowed
  • On Request Facilities; Hairdryer, Iron & Ironing Board, Yoga Mats, Bicycles, Shampoo and Conditioner for Cottage Rooms.
  • On Request Service with Additional Charges;  Laundry Service, Baby Sitting, In Room Massage, Car with Driver and Airport Transfers.

LIABILITY

  • Damage or Losses; any damage or losses happens at the cottage during the rental period will be guest’s responsibility.
  • Waiver of Liability; the owner, management or staff is not responsible for any physical injury, sickness, death, loss, damage, inconvenience of guest during stay within the property. 
  • Travel Insurance is mandatory to visit Indonesia.

Natural Disaster Policy

  1. In-house Guests
    Guests staying in the hotel when Bali’s Airport is declared “closed” is recommended to continue their stay and utilize their full stay package.
  2. Early Departure
    Guests who decide to shorten their stay knowing that Bali’s Airport will be “closed”, the room charge will be based on the actual package utilized and no cancellation applies.
  3. Departing Guests
    Guest departing on the day when the airport is announced “closed” and would like to return to the hotel, will be offered one night complimentary stay if rooms available.
  4. Extension of Stay
    Guests who would like to extend their stay should either contact their travel agent or tour operator for the extension of stay, or request direct to the hotel for best available rate of the hotels.
  5. Late Arrival or No Show Guests
    Guests who are unable to arrive as scheduled will not be charged any cancellation fee or they may postpone or revise their period of stay as agreed with the respective hotel.

Booking Amendments 
Any amendment of bookings are to be referred to the travel agencies or source of booking accordingly based on the appropriate procedures.
